Iryna Barabash is an artist born in 1977 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 2019, she has been living and working in Vienna, Austria.

Passionate about painting since childhood, Iryna began her studies at the art school at the Teacher's House in Kyiv. After moving to Vienna, she continued to improve her skills through private lessons, courses at the Vienna Adult Education Center (VHS), and online learning at Natalia Nosyk's art school.

Her key technique is sculpting color and space with large oil strokes, creating a mesmerizing kaleidoscope of shades. Her works powerfully convey emotions and impressions from travels, inviting the viewer into her bright world.

Iryna works with oil painting on canvas and cardboard, acrylic, and gouache. Her main themes are landscapes of the Austrian Alps, Mediterranean coasts, urban scenes of Vienna, still lifes, and seascapes.
